Born from a belief in delivering a better player experience, clu99 has grown into the preferred online entertainment destination for hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia.
Who clu99?
Clu99 is more than just a name — it is a promise to every player who places their trust in us. We are an online casino entertainment platform built specifically for the Malaysian market, with a deep understanding of what local players truly look for: fair games, fast payouts, an easy-to-use interface and customer support that genuinely wants to help.
Since our very first day of operation, clu99's core focus has never changed — putting players' interests above everything else. This is not just a slogan; it is reflected in every decision we make, from selecting game providers to setting our withdrawal policy. We understand that players' time is valuable, which is why our withdrawal system is processed faster than most other platforms on the market.
We operate under a valid, regulated licence, using 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect every transaction and player personal data. The random number generator (RNG) we use has been audited and certified by independent international bodies to ensure every game runs fairly without any manipulation. This is the foundation of trust we have built with the Malaysian player community.
What sets clu99 apart goes beyond technology — it's about community. We've built an ecosystem where players can enjoy slot games, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and esports all within one integrated platform. No need to log in to multiple platforms or deal with confusing interfaces. At clu99, everything is in one place, designed with Malaysian players in mind.

Values Core that Shaped clu99
Four core principles that guide every decision and action we take.
Every player deserves an honest and transparent platform. We do not hide terms, delay payments without reason, or ever question legitimate wins.
We are always moving forward — updating the platform, adding new games, and improving the user experience based on real feedback from our player community.
All games at clu99 use independently audited RNG. Every player — whether new or VIP — receives the same fair and equal chance in every game.
Clu99 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits and support resources to ensure gaming remains a healthy form of entertainment.
Clu99's Commitment to Malaysian Players
When we say "Malaysian players", we're not just referring to geographic location. We understand the cultural context, gaming habits, language needs, and service expectations that are unique to local players. This is what drives us to offer the platform in natural, fluent Bahasa Melayu — not awkward machine translations — and to provide customer support that can communicate with you in the language you're most comfortable with.
Malaysian players want a deposit process that is simple and doesn't require them to navigate through multiple confusing steps. At clu99, deposits can be made in under a minute via major local banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong, as well as digital payment methods such as DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX. The low minimum deposit ensures players of all levels can join without significant financial pressure.
On the games front, clu99 ensures its slot collection caters to diverse tastes — from Asia-themed slots with familiar symbols and music, to western video slots with AAA-grade graphics. For live casino enthusiasts, our professional and friendly dealers run Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger to the highest standards at all times.
The clu99 VIP Program is designed to reward loyal players who have been with us through the journey. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits, priority processing, exclusive bonuses not available to the general public, and a personal account manager who understands their needs and preferences. To us, player loyalty is our most valued asset — and it deserves to be recognised accordingly.
Clu99 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe entertainment should stay as entertainment — fun, controlled and not affecting your quality of life. That is why we provide daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options for players who need them. We also provide information and links to support organisations for anyone who feels they need additional help.
Trusted by Hundreds of Thousands of Players
Over 500,000 registered members are the clearest testament to the trust the Malaysian player community has placed in clu99. We uphold that trust with full accountability every single day.
